Summary. Primary-multiple malignant tumor is a relatively rare oncological pathology. True primary multiple malignant tumors include only cases of coexistence in a different sequence of two or more tumors, the malignancy of which is confirmed morphologically. A case of metachromic and synchronous primary multiple skin melanomas of one patient is presented.
