Еfficacy of using neoadjuvant chemoradiation therapy in treatment of patients with resectable colorectal cancer

Summary. From data of the conducted clinical cooperative research 90 patients with the resektable cancer of Colon cancer are presented new decision of scientific task in oncology is development of method of treatment of the І–III stages of Colon cancer, which foresees application on the preoperated stage of chemoradiation therapy. The use of the complex method of treatment of resektable Colon cancer in the case of distribution of tumour process of Т3-4N0M0 increases to 5-annual survival on 13.33%, and also allows. Approved combination of application of 5-ftoruracilu and intensively concentration gamma-radiation in the neoaduvant mode had an irradiation line of devitalization operate, providing 4 and 5 degrees of medical pathomorphism in 46%, and to 3th degree in 25.58% cases. Application of neoaduvant chemoradiation therapy can be recommended for including of it to the standards of treatment of patients with the Colon cancer in Ukraine.
