CLL in the context of evidence-based medicine: how do international guidelines align with Ukrainian practice?Kryachok I.A., Tytorenko I.B., Moroz Y.V. Summary. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is an indolent chronic lymphoproliferative disorder characterized by monoclonal proliferation of B-lymphocytes. This study focuses on the analysis of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), and the Unified Clinical Protocol of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine recommendations for CLL treatment. It has been established that modern therapy is based on an individualized approach that accounts for genetic markers, the overall health status of patients, and comorbidities. The benefits of targeted therapy, particularly the role of BTK and BCL2 inhibitors, in the treatment of CLL at various stages were outlined. The study findings emphasize the importance of integrating international experience into national clinical practice. No Comments » Add your |
