Summary. Objective. To analyze the types of mobilization courses, protocols for CD34+ apheresis procedures, and factors influencing the efficiency of mobilization and subsequent collection of peripheral blood stem cells (PBSC) and to develop approaches for improving these stages of high-dose chemotherapy (HDCT) + hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Materials and methods. The study included data from 65 patients who underwent mobilization courses between January 1, 2023, and December 1, 2023, at the Bone Marrow Transplantation Department of the Nonprofit Organization National Cancer Institute. Results. The study examined approaches to mobilizing peripheral blood stem cells and improving collection practices for transplantation in patients with hematologic disorders. An analysis of mobilization course types, the apheresis process, and the use of stimulating agents was conducted. The results demonstrated that effective stem cell mobilization can be achieved by optimizing methods and developing individualized approaches for each patient. Conclusions. The outlook involves the need to implement new mobilization and apheresis methods to increase procedural productivity and improve treatment outcomes. No Comments » Add your |
