Summary. Peripheral T-cell lymphomas are a group of non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas that generally have a poor prognosis. Clinical manifestations of the disease can be highly variable and can often mimic infectious or autoimmune processes. The paper presents a clinical case of T-cell lymphoma of nonspecific type (NOS) in a 57-year-old woman.
