Promising directions in cancer surgery

Summary. Improvement of surgical techniques, anesthesiology, intensive care, the development of high-tech methods and successes of Regenerative Medicine, led the expansion of indications to perform radical surgery in patients who were considered incurable until recently. Meanwhile, the possibility of surgical treatment of patients with advanced tumors of the trachea, including the defeat of its bifurcation and the main bronсhi, and patients with concomitant severe cardiovascular disease is now radically revised. These sections include cancer surgery now among the most rapidly developing areas, and as experience shows, are very perspeсtive.
