Modern methods of immunotherapy in renal cell carcinoma (review)

Summary. The classification and analysis of the efficacy of nonspecific and specific immunotherapy in patients with localized and metastatic renal cell cancer in the past 10 years have been given. Prospects for the use of immunotherapy, including vaccines based on autologous tumor cells, peptides, and dendritic cells loaded with tumor-associated antigens in patients with renal cell carcinoma have been shown.
