Treatment of patients with relapse or refractory Hodgkin’s disease.Role of high dose chemotherapy and haemopoietic stem cell transplantation

Summary. A review of the literature dedicated to the problems of therapy in patients with unfavorable course of Hodkin’s lymphoma (HL) was presented in the article. General principles of high dose chemotherapy, comparison of the efficacy of HDCT with standart chemotherapy, role of the radiation therapy, autologous and allogenic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) are described. There are the role of HDCT with HSCT as a treatment of choice for this group of patients.
