Basis of morphological diagnostic of neuroendocrine tumours

Summary. Detection of neuroendocrine tumours in the deve­loped countries for last 30 years was enlarged in 5 times, that with combination to adequate treatment led to more than in 3 times of a patients survival median. Today in Ukraine neuroendocrine tumours beginnings often remains undetected. The causes of it, besides hardly noticeable symptoms, insufficient knowledge and clinical suspicion of doctors, limited use of special researches for neuroendocrine tumours verification.
