Ftorafur: time-proved efficiency (results of the recent studies)

Summary. The present thesis contains the results of the most recent studies of Ftorafur application in various schemes and regimes upon treatment of patients with advanced forms of cancer in various locations. The drug efficiency upon reduction of systemic toxicity and feasibility of its use as compared to the other modern drugs was proven.
