Mondor’s disease: review and own experience

Summary. Mondor’s disease – rare disease with a benign course, which clinical presentation is very similar to signs of breast cancer. Insufficiency of a thorough differential diagnosis and prejudiced radikalіzm lead to overdiagnosis, unreasonable diagnostic and therapeutic manipulations, and unmotivated stress in patients. This article presents the analytical review of medical articles on this topic and personal observations from the practice.
