Metronomic chemotherapy in treatment of soft tissue sarcomas in children (non rhabdomyosarcoma)

Summary. Chart of supporting low dose chemotherapy with the use of combination of vinorelbine and cyclophosphamide in the metronomic mode found out sufficient efficiency at treatment of children with the soft tissue sarcomas (non rhabdomyosarcoma). On this time made off treatment and are in remission 7 from 15 patients of basic group of research (46,6%). The offered chart of supporting low dose metronomic chemotherapy can be recommended in quality consolidating therapy for treatment of this patients.
