After the end of lymphoma treatment clinicians have a difficult choice: is it necessary to provide any follow-up, in which way and how often. The most complicated choice is a question about computed tomography because of its high cost and radiation dose. This article contains summery of literature on the subject of routine computed tomography in the follow-up period and our own data on frequency of relapse detection with or without routine computed tomography and its influence on the future results of the treatment.
