Neck dissection with sentinel lymphatic node identification in oral and oropharynx cancer patients

Summary. In this article clinical experience of intraoperational sentinel lymphatic node identification with blueprint is presented. Usage of this method allowed to individualize the volume of surgical operation on ways of lymphatic drain and to accomplish functional preservative neck dissection in 55,4% oral and oropharynx cancer patients.
