Choosing reconstructive techniques in patients with retromolar triangle cancerKravets O.1, Protsyk V.2, Hlynin O.V. 1 Summary. A retrospective analysis of reconstructive treatment has been performed in 16 patients with retromolar triangle cancer stages II–IV. It is shown that the application of palatal mucoperiosteal and superficial temporoparietal fascia flaps cawn solve the problem relating to plastic replacement of most postoperative defects in retromolar triangle. High rates of flap survival have been acquired as well as functional rehabilitation and minimal disturbances in donor areas.
