Correction of neurological side effects of taxanes by Meditan in patients with breast cancer

Summary. Breast cancer (BC) is one of the most common cancers. The taxan containing schemes are a effective method of treatment. Neurological side effects are the key factors limiting their wider application. A comparative study (90 patients) of the effectiveness of the correction of neurological disorders using taxan containing chemotherapy regimens. Significantly high (p<0.5) effectiveness in reducing of the manifestations of neurological side effects of Meditan are set.
