Acetylsalicylic acid as an agent of breast cancer chemoprevention (review)

Summary. The paper studies some clinical trials and mo­dern publications dedicated using acetylsalicylic acid and others nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for breast cancer chemoprevention. Acetylsalicylic acid’s property to prevent the breast cancer has been established by some investigators. Nevertheless, the ambiguity and contradictoriness of evidences, differences in statistic power of investigations make it possible to conclude that, a new reliable and accurate trials are necessary.
