Benign esophageal-bronchial fistula complicated by stenosis of the left main bronchus and the relaxation of the left dome of the diaphragmSummary. The article presents the experience of the successful surgical treatment of complicated (relaxation of the left dome of the diaphragm, stenosis of the left main bronchus) esophageal bronchial fistula which arose after chemotherapy for Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Applying a new version of the surgical treatment, which combines: the elimination of the relaxation of the diaphragm, separation of the fistula, reconstructions of the esophagus, the left main bronchus and carina bifurcation of trachea.
