Pathomorphological changes of inner organs at acute general peritonitis against the background of the colon cancer in experiment

Ivashchuk O.I., Bodyaka V.Y.

Summary. The results of the experimental research of pathomorphological changes of inner organs as well as dynamics of fibrinolytic and proteolytic activity of the abdomen, structure of species and populative level of microorganisms of peritoneal exudates at acute general peritonitis against the background of malignant neoplasm of the large intestine are presented in this article. The obtained results of pathomorphological research indicate the appearance of the small focal cells of centrolobular colliquative necrosis of the hepatic tissue, increase of the percent of abated glomerules of the renal tissue. The presence of the malignant neoplasm of the large intestine at acute general peritonitis results in reliable prevalence of the indices of fibrinolytic and proteolytic activity of the abdomen with negative dynamics during the whole term of the research. Such «oncological peritonitis» is characterized by a reliable increase of a number of inoculated strains K. pneumonia, Proteus, Candida, S. aureus growth appearance, as well as growth of the populated level of E. coli, K. pneumonia, microorganisms of Proteus and Streptococcus, Candida.
