Oncomarkers CA125 and НЕ4 and their diagnostic value in patients with ovarian cancer

Summary. This article discusses the importance of using the tumor marker CA125 and HE4 for early diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumors. In our study included 245 patients with morphologically verified ovarian cancer who were on the «D» Registered from 2008 to 2015, and 50 healthy persons who are close relatives of the patients. All patients study simultaneously at two tumor marker CA125 and HE4 to determine the diagnostic value of early diagnosis in patients with malignant tumors of the ovaries. Also considered their correlation analysis.
