Summary. In cases of locally advanced and inflammatory breast cancer specific requirements are imposed to the diagnosing of the cancer. In most specialized cancer institutions fine-needle puncture biopsy, mammography and clinical examination are used, that almost does not provide the information about real state of the tumor. Using mammoscintigraphy with mammography, integral trucut biopsy at each stage of the treatment allows providing real control of the cancer process and carring out effective and appropriate therapeutic activities.
