Summary. The soft tissue sarcomas are a group of the malignancies which for the peculiarities of growth, the clinical course and the prognosis are among the most malignant human tumors. Due to the low prevalence of this disease, a common tactics algorithm and treatment of this disease does not exist. This paper presents the current understanding and the state of the problem solution of soft tissue sarcomas diagnosis and treatment.
