Summary. The problem of choice of limb salvage method or amputation for patients with pelvic bone tumors is still the most difficult in modern orthopedic oncology. Was performed correlation analyses of possible crucial factors for the appearance of complications after reconstructive surgery. Was offered the method of prediction which can improve the treatment by selection of optimal tactic — amputation or reconstruction.
