Summary. In the structure of the surgical pathology of the cardiovascular system, the tumor of the heart reach is less than 1%. The article describes an unusual case of the defeat of the heart with Burkitt’s lymphoma in a male of 27 years old. Attempts are made to apply various diagnostic methods to determine the nature of the neoplasm and subsequent treatment methods with a positive long-term outcome.
