Summary. In recent years, breast cancer (BC) is the most common cancer pathology and the most common cause of disability among women in developed countries. Finding the most effective ways of interaction between the patient and the doctor creates the preconditions for the necessary analysis of the treatment process from an objective and subjective points of view. Therefore, the life quality (LQ) of a patient is an important indicator to be conidered. Aim of the research. To compare the indicators of complex assessment of patients’ LQ with adversed locally advanced (LA) BC forms before and after intravenous systemic polychemotherapy (SPCT) and selective endolymphatic polychemotherapy (ELPCT) in neoadjuvant regimen. Materials and methods. The study was peformed via a random analysis of cases from 112 patients with LA BC T4A-DN0-3M0 who received a comprehensive antitumor treatment on the basis of the Donetsk Regional Antitumor Center and the University Clinic of the Odesa National Medical University from 2000 to 2017. The participants of the study were proposed to be questioned at various stages of preoperative treatment. The group 1 (control) consisted of 65 (58%) patients with inoperable forms of LA BC, which who was performed the SPCT in neoadjuvant mode. The group 2 (study) included 47 (42%) patients with inoperable forms of LA BC, which received the ELPCT as a neoadjuvant course. Results. According to the integral indicators of LQ and health quality between patients in both control and study groups, there was no statistically significant difference. During more detailed analysis of the indicators in symptomatic scales, the difference between the groups did not exceed the critical. Based on the results of a study among patients receiving ELPCT in a neoadjuvant mode, the subjective evaluations of treatment in absolute have better reference values without statistical superiority. Conclusion. The study of the integrative LQ and its discrete elements is an ergonomic and economical means for heuristic assessment of the patients’ health in order to further develop more rational and convenient ways solving urgent issues of modern oncology by increasing the compliance level and finding a compromise between the physician and the patient.
