Modern aspects of quality management of specialized oncological care: a new platform in oncology service
Summary. In the article the author reflects and analyzes the modern aspects of the problem of early diagnosis of oncological diseases on the background of the reformation of the medicine as a whole and oncology service in the nature. The main problems of the oncological service of the region and the state of the organization of diagnosis of malignant pathology by family doctors are shown. The experience of addressing the main problems of interaction between the primary and other levels of the provision of cancer care is given on the level of the region. The main vectors of the oncological service development within the framework of the reform of the medical service of Ukraine are provided.
